As a baker one who specializes in cheesecake I want my customers to have a beautifully uniform cheesecake. It's the aesthetics for me!
To accomplish that beautifully pleasing to the eye perfect cheesecake look that everyone loves I use Trudeau silicone bakeware! When using these there's none of the hassle of the possibility of the crust getting stuck to the bottom of the pan due to the lip on spring foam pan. The silicone pans are easy to clean and durable. Let's just say I will not be going back to latch hook springfoam pans no time soon.
